Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and can’t make with Wassup in a Minute.

Last updated: 2026-11-01

Wassup in a Minute is for fun, consensual trend videos. By using the service you agree to these rules.

Photos you may use

  • A photo of yourself, if you are 18 or older.
  • A photo of a friend or family member aged 18 or older who is in on it and is happy to appear in the video.
  • One person per photo. Each video is made from one photo of one adult.

Not allowed

  • Photos of anyone under 18.
  • Photos of public figures, celebrities, influencers or politicians, or attempts to recreate a real artist.
  • Photos with more than one person in them.
  • Photos of people without their permission, or videos meant to harass, bully, shame or deceive anyone.
  • Drawings, screenshots or artwork you didn’t make, including existing anime characters (for example from Blue Lock or Jujutsu Kaisen). The service only makes original characters from a photo of a real adult, and it never uses anyone else’s drawing, video or audio.
  • Sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content, and anything violent, hateful or illegal.
  • Using videos for impersonation, fraud, fake endorsements or misinformation.
  • Using logos, trademarks or other material you don’t have rights to.

How we enforce this

Every video is made with our AI provider’s content filter switched on, and before each video you confirm that the person in the photo is an adult who agreed. A finished video that fails a safety check keeps the credits it cost, and we remove content that is reported and breaks these rules. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.

Posting your video

Label your video as AI-generated where the platform allows it. Don’t present it as real footage, as an official video of any artist or anime, or as the work of the trend’s original creators. If you add music when you post, follow the platform’s music rules.

Report a video

If you believe a video made here uses your likeness without permission or breaks these rules, email support@wassupinaminute.video with a link or description. We aim to respond within 48 hours and will remove videos we still host.
