Refund Policy
How credits, failed videos and refunds work at Wassup in a Minute.

Credits
Credits are sold in one-time packs, paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our merchant of record, Waffo. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Credits do not expire. One video uses 100 credits.
Automatic credit refunds
If a generation fails or times out, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You don’t need to contact us. These come back as credits, not as a refund to your card.
A finished video that fails our safety check is different: it was already made, so it keeps the credits it cost, and we don’t deliver it. A photo that fails its check before a video starts costs nothing. If you think a video failed the check by mistake, email us and we will review it.
Money-back refunds
- Unused packs: you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven’t used any credits from that pack.
- Broken videos: if a finished video is clearly broken (for example, frozen, missing the character or badly distorted), email us within 7 days and we will refund the credits or the payment.
- Videos that work as described but don’t match personal taste are generally not refundable, because each generation has a real compute cost. Every video is silent by design, so a missing song is not a fault.
How to request
Email support@wassupinaminute.video from the address you signed up with, and include the order email or video link. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Waffo, usually within 5–10 business days.
