What to include
- Video help: the email on your account and a link to the video (from My videos).
- Billing: the email used at checkout and the approximate date. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Waffo.
- Content report or likeness complaint: a link or description of the video and why it should be removed. We prioritise these and aim to respond within 48 hours.
