Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email, name and profile image from sign-in.
• Photos you submit: the one photo you upload, used to make your video.
• Generated videos: the character drawing and the video created for you.
• Payment data: handled by Waffo, our merchant of record. We receive the order status and email, never your full card number.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, basic device and browser info, and IP address, used for security and rate limiting, and in aggregate by our web analytics, pvuv.ai.
• First-visit source: a first_touch cookie (90 days) and first-party cookies for UTM tags and the referring site record how you first found us (the source, campaign, referring site and first page), so we can tell which channels work. They are attached to your account when you sign up or start a checkout.

How we use it

• To create and deliver your videos.
• To keep the service safe: our video provider’s content filter runs on every video, and we review reports.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support.
• To improve the site using aggregated analytics.

We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it

• Video generation: your photo is sent to our AI provider (kie.ai, or SeeAPI if we move generation there), which runs the two models that make your video: an image model that redraws the photo as your character on our own AI-made style reference (currently Nano Banana 2.1), and a video model that animates that drawing to our own beat (currently Wan 2.7). No one else’s drawing, video or audio goes into it.
• Storage: finished videos are stored in Cloudflare R2 and served to you through our site.
• Safety: every video is made with our AI provider’s content filter switched on. We do not currently send photos to a separate moderation service; if we add one, we will name it here first.
• Hosting: Cloudflare (servers, database).
• Payments: Waffo.
• Analytics: pvuv.ai (visit counts and traffic sources).

These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos are stored in our Cloudflare R2 storage for up to 2 days, where our video provider fetches them through a short-lived private link, and are then deleted automatically. Our records keep only a link and a fingerprint used to prevent duplicate uploads.
• Generated videos are deleted automatically after 14 days.
• Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to delete your account, by emailing support@wassupinaminute.video. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.
