These terms govern your use of Wassup in a Minute (“we”, “the service”) at wassupinaminute.video. By creating an account or generating a video you agree to them.
The service
We turn one photo of one adult into an AI-generated video in the style of the Wassup in a Minute trend. The photo is redrawn as an original 2D manga-style street character that keeps the person’s face shape, hairstyle, hair colour and skin tone, in new streetwear, and the character does the trend’s head bop on a white background, as a 10-second 9:16 MP4 at 720p. Videos contain no music or other audio. We never make existing anime characters and never use anyone else’s drawing, video or audio. Results are produced by third-party AI models and vary; we can’t guarantee a particular look, likeness, motion or timing.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content and permissions
You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission from the person shown, that the person is 18 or older and not a public figure, and that your use follows our Acceptable Use Policy. You give us a limited licence to process your photos only to create, store and deliver your videos and keep the service safe.
Your videos
Subject to these terms, you may download, share and post the videos you make for personal, non-commercial use. Label them as AI-generated where platforms allow.
Videos come without any song or sound. If you add music or a sound when you post, for example the trend’s sound on TikTok, that audio belongs to its rights holders: these terms give you no rights to it, and you are responsible for following each platform’s music rules.
Credits and payments
Credits are sold as one-time packs through our payment partner and merchant of record, Waffo, which handles billing, taxes and receipts. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prices are shown before checkout. There is no subscription. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. If a generation fails or times out, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Safety and moderation
Every video is made with our AI provider’s content filter switched on, and we may block, refuse or remove content, and suspend accounts, that break these terms, including after a report. A finished video that fails a safety check is not delivered and keeps the credits it cost, because it was already made; if you think the check was wrong, contact us and we will review it.
Not affiliated
Wassup in a Minute is an independent, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Drake, Jhené Aiko, Zbee, @ristyisvalid, @aka_zayy, TikTok, CapCut, or the creators and publishers of Blue Lock or Jujutsu Kaisen, or by the makers of the AI models. Names are used only to describe the trend.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”. We may change features, prices or these terms; material changes take effect when posted here. Generated videos are stored for 14 days and then deleted, so download anything you want to keep.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
